Pros

Dublin office has low stress level and the office is pretty nice.

Cons

Ridiculously low salaries, bad team structure and the management doesn’t have any time to actually manage their team. They promise salary raises and then they just postpone it when the time comes. Because this place is so bad the turnover is high, so you usually don’t have anyone to help you, as most things were done by someone who already left the company. But they absolutely don’t care about retaining the employees.
