      Pros

      Working with them was a nightmare! I can't particularly think of a strength than their hire and fire approach for their own inadequacies.

      Cons

      I They have a lingering poor mangement and a horrible culture of gossips, destructive criticism and favoritism . I wouldn't recommend.
