Pros

Nice office, decent location. I've learned how not to run a company and treat employees! This place has taught me what not to do!

Cons

Over worked and under paid is an understatement! For the amount of stress this company puts you through its not worth it! You get worked to the bone, you're not appreciated or cared about. This company fire and hires faster than anyone else. They can't keep good employees around. The training is awful! They don't teach you what you need to know. They throw you out on your own just to get in trouble. Employees are constantly walking on eggshells. Very few people willing to help you grow and learn. They give you something just to take it away from you (raises, positions/ promotions, etc.). On top of all that they rarely turn the heat on. Employees sit in jackets, hats, gloves, scarfs and blankets. Simply here because I have to pay my bills. I along with MANY other co works are looking for other jobs!

Pros

Growth, mostly under a single client.

Cons

Too many to name. Turnover is outrageous, management and ownership create a culture of fear. Don’t appreciate employees or employee contributions. You may be rewarded short term, but inevitably you will be let go to improve the bottom line.

Pros

Somewhat flexible hours, you will get 40 hours a week.

Cons

The computers are outdated and always freezing up, but they refuse to buy new ones. They improvise in the "IT department" so you will wait WEEKS to have an issue "looked at". There is a hierarchy that's incredibly obvious and unfair to new workers full of potential. This is a family owned business so we see what the family can afford, but they'll do anything to save money, like: refuse to give raises that they claim you will get every 6 months, they don't provide us with cups anymore in the break room, we aren't allowed to get overtime unless it's pre-approved (which they won't approve), they will use your PTO without your permission or knowledge, and they lie and say you will get a bonus for referring a friend, you will NOT receive it. There's no room for promotion either. They fire people they don't like (personality-wise) and the excuse is always "the position has been eliminated", then they turn around and fill that position with someone new. In the past 3 months, they've hired over 10 people, only 3 of those new hires are still here because they always quit during training or the Monday after. Co-workers will lie on you to get ahead, and if they've been here long enough they can get away with anything. People in upper management, will threaten your job if you dare take an issue to the President, they will fire you if you're pregnant, or for any reason really. They once had seats rearranged because they wanted "attractive people" sitting in the front when visitors came, and they even had a woman bring in her teenage daughter and husband to fill seats during a tour because not enough people work here. The pay is unfair and we are treated like robots. We are not allowed to call in sick, you will be written up for it. Also, the review that said they turn the heat on in the winter LIED. The temp is kept around 60 ALL winter, you will see people with gloves/hats/scarfs/jackets on everyday but upper management has control of the thermostat. Us workers below upper management have been referred to as "minions". Co-workers are always sick, they cough in their hands and touch the doors and the fridge. There have been sexual relations in the warehouse, and multiple obvious and inappropriate affairs. Parking is terrible, co-workers will hit your car and keep going (I've seen it once and experienced it once that I know of). The list goes on and on and on. If you enjoy drama, being talked about badly, talked to disrespectfully and treated like you are less than trash please do apply. I don't, so I am looking for work elsewhere.
