Pros

Before being acquired by MoneyLion, MALKA was truly a hustle-culture driven office, and while that can be seen as off-putting, the clients and the projects were top notch. Everyone was excited to work and really hit the ground running. The key takeaway is that the people at MALKA are wonderful.

Cons

Quarterly layoffs, pay doesn't equate to market value of certain positions, LOTS of internal politics, and not to mention the work is 24/7.

A few talented and smart colleagues to learn from.

Cons

No healthy leadership invested in building a team. Continues to carve off business due to pressure from Moneylion, its parent company, with continuous layoffs and brutally harsh and short sided decisions.

Amazing community of creatives, great place to learn, build a network and work on some amazing projects. If you want to build a career in media this is the place to be. Ask for opportunities and you will receive them just make sure you nail it. The creative leadership is great. Smart, hardworking passionate people - I found more than a few mentors here. The team here really loves each other, long-term friendships, creative partnerships & I think even a marriage or two came out of this company.

Cons

Can be long hours and crazy deadlines at times - but par for the course in advertising in general. Salary is below industry standard
