      Pros

      Family environment and management and people who care about you. Pay is avg and the leadership coaching is great. Most of the people I have worked with in the office and field are great.

      Cons

      Growing pains, slow periods and work life balance. For the most part it's what to be expected is a small growing company.

      Pros

      I treasure my time at Mallard Group. The leadership cares about their people and leads with compassion and empathy. I have watched them help real people in need and allow them to help themselves. I was always paid on time and allowed to have my voice heard. They were clear on their expectations and goals - it always felt as though we were rowing in the boat together. Highly recommend working here if you like being valued, working hard, and having fun. Great work/life balance.

      Didn't have enough time to be there to see where we could go together!
