Pros
One owner is cool and seems to be a decent leader. The office administration team is great. The people who aren't owners are good and honest. The ones who last are hardworking and extremely loyal, maybe to their own detriment. Interesting and wide scope of projects. Snacks, coffee, and sparkling water are included!
Cons
One of the owners of the company behaves like a bosses son who takes over after leadership ages out of controling the company: loud, abusive, and a huge ego. Another owner seems to be disingenuous and arrogant. Bad leadership. Favoritism/old boys club. Toxicity. Poor on-boarding. Extremely high turnover rate, this company (especially for its size) is a rotating door of employees. Overworked and underslept PM's. No dedicated project teams. This company is like a civil engineering puppy mill.
