It's fun to perform for others, and interact with guests. You get to learn dances from other cultures Most dancers and the rest of the entertainment were kind and fun to be around
Cons
-Administration is not clear about how much pay you'll get and in addition, they make it very difficult for you to reach that pay easily even though they explain it in a way that is perceived as the training is faster. -They dock $10 off your pay for a mistake such as your poi balls clashing during a performance which is like a 1/3 of your pay. -Unnecessary drama between admin and performers. -If they don't respect you they'll show you. Did not feel respected -no pay whatsoever for training and performing (while in training)
