Absolutely rude and out-of-touch management

The only pro was the ease of going home because the work is near my home.

Cons

As an admin staff, it felt like being trapped in a twisted loop of chaos. Even though the place is close to my home, it was exhausting to show up every day knowing that I was looked down upon . I was belittled; supervisors were not just unprofessional, but also blatantly hostile. I am not surprised most employees resign , yet supervisors treat staff like disposable tools. I attended the meeting only once. Meetings were ridiculous- filled with yelling, blame shifting, and zero accountability. The upper management was drunk on power, they expected us to just listen and abide by their rules. Worse, they play favorites. The company is run by relatives of the owners. No amount of pay is worth the mental toll of working under such insane leadership.

No pros. The entire environment becomes incredibly stressful because I am constantly bracing for the next cutting remark or condescending tone.

Cons

My overall experience here was a stressful nightmare. Leadership was openly unethical, from top management to managers. Systemic abuse was rampant here. The managers and supervisors are a direct reflection of this, displaying an appalling lack of professionalism not just towards employees, but even to clients. I do not feel valued here.

Office employees average years of employment is currently ten years. We have customers who have been purchasing from us for over 30 years. Our superior customer service, quality, and delivery is appreciated by our loyal customers. We have high standards for our employees to keep our customer rating. The procedures are very systematic and trained from the first day. Coaching and management support is always available. Dependable employees who care about their job and our customers are very much appreciated.

Posted rate was a lie! Don't expect to get an offer of the same rate! Pay is terrible and you only get the basic benefits. Long hours even if you're working part time. Awfully exhausting and not worth the stress!

We offer a salary range in our production job postings. An offer is made within that salary range depending on the best fit for the applicant. Not all positions fit into the highest salary range. The position is discussed in detail and a list of benefits is given in the interview. The applicant has the choice to accept the position. Employees work 40 hours a week for full-time jobs. Part-time jobs are under 40 hours. Production hours are 8am to 4:30pm.
