      Pros

      The cleanroom is a very organized, well-run operation. Work instructions are clear, and the training is top notch. I have been here for more than 5 years and it is the best lab job I have ever had. Management is always available for questions and to assist when issues arise. Production requirements are the same each week, so we all understand the output needed. We can all get the production schedule completed in a 40 hour week, so the work/life balance is great. We are cross-trained in several of the stations which gives us a variety of work to do each day.

      Pros

      I have been working with Mamac for almost 6 months now and the team is amazing. The leaders are always helpful and supportive of what each employee does. The management is accessible and always ready to hear our concern. This approach allows us to express our concerns and ideas freely. The diversity in work helps us to expand on our pace. The company is also reliable in terms of training, salaries and benefits, adding to job satisfaction.

      Pros

      The work environment is great. They offer full training which is nice for those who are new to the industry. Starting salary ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and there is a chance to get an increase. Flexible hours. The benefits package includes health, dental and life insurance + 401k and paid sick time.

      Cons

      The job may become monotonous because of repetitive tasks. Demands are high.
