- flexibility - pay - mission - the founder Sascha is incredible and there are some incredible people who work there and care deeply
Cons
- leadership - the head of the product and data team isn’t technical and cannot retain what is taught to them so this really hurts the company - poor culture

Women-founded company with dedicated, friendly colleagues who are passionate about making a difference for working mothers and breastfeeding parents. Thoughtful and transparent leadership lets employees know they are valued.
Cons
Too many people are involved with decision making within departments which leads to internal swirl, yet communications from each department about ongoing priorities/projects are siloed—leading to missed connections or miscommunication.
