Like anywhere there are good and kind people there.

Cons

Sales team is in charge of design development, so their design direction is “throw everything on the wall and hope the buyers pick something” and if they don’t we can have the design team redesign everything on top what has already been done. Design team is always drowning in work, overtime there is absolutely normal on a daily basis and overdeveloping is the M.O. with small adoption rate. The offices are packed to the max with people and boxes and racks of clothes. People sit elbow to elbow. Dusty and stuffy offices.

Aside from the Product Development Manager for Little Me & Offspring brands, it was a positive experience.

Cons

Extremely poor management and leadership within the Product Development team (Little Me & Offspring brand). The Manager criticized my outfit on a daily basis; specifically the fact that I wore heels as opposed to flats like her. This went on for 8 months plus - you just have to laugh! She was an extremely negative person who would mock others and constantly spoke poorly of people in the office. Highly unprofessional and complete trash.
