I was dumb and ignored the Glassdoor Reviews. Don't make my mistake
Pros
This is a small run operation that is a "mom and pop" kinda shop. That being said there is HUGE growth potential and the team is very "close-knit". They have great connections and clearly know the right people for their product.
Cons
They are a "mom and pop" kinda shop. The owners are ridiculously quick to jump ahead and make decisions without discussion, they assume the worst, and act on impulse. A TON of gossip goes on here. You will not feel challenged in your field, rather wear 15 different hats that have nothing related to your job duties. Very high turn-over. Don't waste your time trying to connect with other brands to do joint collaborations or find solutions to their inefficiencies, it will not be appreciated. Seems like the team feels like everyone is "out to get them".
