Pros
Freedom; MDB encourage free thinking, free questing, and a sense of both personal and team responsibility. Awesome technical challenges - they have a goal to disrupt the entire data warehouse industry. Not a trivial task, but isn't that what makes us grow? Mammoth challenges?
Cons
If you need a lot of structure and process, this isn't the place. People are expected to be self-motivated, inquisitive, and proactive. No formal company procedures, etc.
