      Nice office, good location, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Micromanaging CEO, public beratings, huge staff turnover, office politics. They have a facade of exuding progressive values and positive work culture but in reality that is far from the truth.

      - Working with the right people is a must and Mamo indeed has the right people you’re working with. Company culture is great - Trust and transparency - Kind and compassionate - Great medical insurance - WFH/Remote friendly

      Cons

      - Compensation isn't the best but they're getting there. They make increments whenever they can and when they realize hard work and efforts. - If you’re looking for other additional benefits, you won't find them here
