honestly, hard to report any pros

Cons

The new leadership team that took over in 2023 was the most disorganized and deceitful group I've ever worked with. Product moved to cheap knock-offs, internal policy shifts to knowingly stiff contractors, and no meaningful sense of organization. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Some amazing coworkers, also if you are a massive brown-noser you get a small raise and promotion very rarely. If you express your honest opinion to the CEO you get trampled and made to feel that you don't know what you're talking about. If you are a man-child with no work ethic that falls asleep during meetings you get treated like a god and will be defended at all costs by the CEO.

Cons

The CEO, yikes. No raises, no actual valuable stock (the CEO totally used this as funny money in lieu of handing out real raises), no actual investment in employee growth or work life balance, If you want to feel like you're on call 24/7 and enjoy cult-like devotion this is the job for you. Your opinion doesn't matter unless it's aligned with the CEO's warped vision. Sexism and favoritism abound! The CEO uses contracts like a weapon, sign nothing!
