The office park was nice

There is a ton of favoritism towards family members. Family will get hired and more qualified people will get laid off. The pay was really low.

Working with various industries allows employees of ManagEase to gain an abundance of experience in which one would not gain in their work career. Being able to work with a team of experts is the greatest gift a company could offer. Continuing education, is a huge part of why we are who we are, EXPERTS. When you are the HR department in a company, typically an owner does not see the value of certifications, webinars and seminars which hinders an employees ability to stay up to speed on constant changes taking place in HR and Payroll. The ability to help our clients in areas they are not familiar with, leaves us with a great deal of pride in what we do.
Cons
Not really a con, but managing multiple clients when the sky is falling is very challenging, however we would not do what we do if we did not love our jobs and our clients!
