Company management has similar structures as in family-owned businesses. Management team is an old friend group which works together over 10 years. The management does not want to include any new members, they want to keep the same team even though the industry and leadership skill set evolve over time. This friend-group management limits the turnover growth and profit level almost to zero. The problem occurs as the management cannot implement any robust direction for the company. Unfortunately the lack of profitability directly causes the sharp decline in average earnings for every employee in the company.

There are many things to be mentioned but I will only share the most important ones below : - Salary is not good at all and getting your salary increased almost impossible. - You are relying on your bonuses but there has been sharp decline in bonuses too. - Some of the middle management can be considered as capable of management but unfortunately all other middle management members do not have necessary quality to be in that level because you always feel that they just do not listen. - Transformation of the tools or the systems are never managed well and they always push people to use some tools or systems which are not ready yet at all but on the other hand you have high target to achieve while struggling system errors. - Targets are always high and that makes employee stressed. - Employee turn over is incredibly high and they do not even try to keep them anyways. - Even though product owners are playing crucial role while creating the event product, sales teams are the ones who always seen as more important by the management because they bring money.
