      Nice staff and decent pay for non-intensive work, but the mental toll of struggling students can be exhausting

      Good pay for a W.S. Student Hours are alright Work isn't very intensive Friendly staff

      Cons

      Must fit into the school schedule, so university may impede ability to work Mental toll of watching children struggle with basic academic topics Role is less of a tutor, and more of a teaching aid - may need to take charge of class, or act as a monitor during extracurriculars Student body is not too well behaved

      Pros

      Each individual campus has hardworking and dedicated staff. The campus principals are all noteworthy and supportive of teachers and students. The school tries to provide a community feel and involve parents at all levels.

      Cons

      Resources and supports are minimal for teachers. The district has not yet developed a growth mindset when it comes to teachers. Communication from the district office to campus staff is limited and poor. Teacher retention is low. Pay is not even competitive with other charters.
