I can't think of any pros, to be honest.

Cons

They even add positive reviews here, which is the most ridiculous part because nobody who works there is happy. The rating should be below 1. Crazy workload, no salary increase, and unclear performance feedback contribute to dissatisfaction. Honestly, nobody knows what they are doing, not even the managers and the owner.

The only pros is work from home arrangement

The management here is very disconnected from the staff. Feedback goes unheard, which leads to low morale across the team. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit, and there's a lack of transparency in decision-making processes. Additionally, the promised training and development programs are either inadequate or completely missing. Work-life balance is also a major issue, with an expectation to work late without recognition or compensation. I agree with the feedback here that nobody knows what they are doing, not even the managers and the owner.

You work so hard that you have no time to think about your problems in real life.

Cons

It is a fact that they add fake reviews here everybody knows. Also it's a place with a HR team that does not understand anything about their work and team supervisors who do not understand what are they doing.
