+ Good benefits package (fully covered Multisport card, Pluxee card, coverage for language and professional development courses, business trips, team buildings, and company events); + No micromanagement; + Well-organized work structure with a clear workflow rather than a chaotic environment.
Cons
- Limited flexibility with remote work: technically home office is allowed, but it’s not encouraged to use it frequently; - The office is located in an older building, so it can sometimes be cold during the winter.

Pros
Great work environment with a supportive team; If you’re motivated and put in the effor, there is career growth. Mancala has started covering courses to support employee development, big plus for me good benefits (like a free multisport, pluxee cards, etc) , and there’s also a lot of travel involved
Cons
mostly no home offices if you're not working in studio
