-Tone-deaf upper management -Burn and churn through candidates and occasionally pressure people into taking lesser jobs to fill positions. -Support companies with unethical practices or beliefs for the bottom line. -Sometimes dangerous candidates, and corporate does not care. -Ownership nepotism.
