I was a permanent employee of Mancan and was appalled by the hypocrisy, lack of professionalism, and failure to adhere to legal employment guidelines. Employees were publicly shamed and disciplined without any private discussion at all, lied to, and with the exception of a few branch managers, grossly underpaid for the intense stress. The regional manager I reported to was utterly unprofessional, gossiping about her staff behind their backs constantly, playing favorites, and making snap emotional decisions. There was no fairness whatsoever and it was impossible to know whom she would attack next. If you're capable of doing this job, you are worth so much more! If you value your sanity, I recommend you stay away!
