Pros

The massage therapists and techs here are brilliant! Perks of massages and facials from time to time

If you work here, you will not be valued for your skill, you will be paid minimum for your experience, and your schedule will change from week to week. Management will not be invested in your success and their main priority will be the bottom line. I have honestly never worked in a more unorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed environment. The technology used is arachic, the spa desperately needs renovations, and upper management are completely uninterested in the lives of the staff beyond their utility. Scheduling is a mess and completely inconsistent and concierge team is expected to bend to the desires of the managers special preference. There are almost no recognition for employees with exceptional sales skills and there is very little training given considering the amount of complicated workload given. There are people who have worked here for nearly a decade and haven't received more than a dollar raise.

- It's fairly easy. - discounts on services

Cons

- amenities are old and break down often - robes are so old they are basically transparent - have to take care of pool and gym guests as well - pay is awful for the amount of BS you deal with on a daily basis - computers perform poorly - tech support is bad - services staff are rude and unprofessional - outdated and broken booking software boot4time - training is bad because everything else is bad - very high turnover rate

Good for first timer.

Cons

No appreciation towards staff. Lots of politics, they will recognize you if you are into your boss butt licking. But other than that, none. The salary they give you is not equal to the work burden they give. Even me I don't have spa attendant, so I have to get revenue but also clean the spa and the toilet of the spa The upper management also not appreciate your professionalism, they only value you based on likeness, but not your hard work. if you break your contract, you have to pay. Working in this company is hell!
