Pros

You can get decent commission if you sell. Friendly manager.

Cons

Basically you are lying to people that they can easily get a job in UK/USA through the company's help. But truth is only a few people get the jobs. High pressure each month to hit the sales target. No career progression. Colleagues there all because of the visa otherwise they will all leave. Coaching quality is not to standard some coaches do too many hours that they just don't really care about the candidates. Coaches are even very negative about the product.

Pros

Office is in good location and has good amenities, but very cramped. Too cheap to get bigger space.

Cons

Disorganized, try to act like big company but really they are just a small company with dream of big. Everything is very fake it is all branding and no substance. Rely on cheap labor to maintain profit margins, act like they are doing everyone a favor. Trust me if people get paid market value then this business would fail. This business is not sustainable and we get so many complaints from clients. Many clients ask for refunds because we can't deliver results. We are not global career consultants we are sales people so why make up a false title, this is sneaky. The only people who work here are people with no other options. The upper manage to just use you and make it seem like you are obligated to them.

Pros

Flexible job, opportunities to organise events at different Universities. However, you need to work at weekends. There is no work-life balance.

Cons

1. I was pressured by the company on two occasions to write a letter of unpaid leave. I have neither requested nor taken any unpaid leave, as such that was quite frankly unacceptable and legally questionable. 2. In addition, the company doesn't pay employees basic salary. It is clearly stated in my contract. I was entitled to a base monthly salary regardless of any circumstances. 3. Management team never value employees' hard work. Commission basked only, if you didn't get sales, you won't get commission.
