Good Brand to represent A lot of autonomy Great Range of products best in the industry Good rates of pay

Cons

some cliques within organisation rigid brand means new things can not be done have to follow directives from international offices

It was excellent at first but the cultere has gone downhill

Pros

Great employees throughout the organisation all over the world. Decent opportunities to move internationally an excellent place to develop yourself.

Cons

Culture has changed from being open with excellent support and trust from management to being extremely corporate and 'soulless'. There was a lot of pressure and finger pointing as well as micromanagement at the end.

CEO really cares for the employees, for the improvement of the culture and teamwork. He has an open door policy. He is respectful and kind, extremely knowledgeable yet humble! I didn't report to him directly; however, i had the opportunity of interacting with him and I couldn't thank him enough for all his support. He truly cares for actual improvement of the team and of the company. - Location is really convenient. Nice area close to shopping centers - Human resources manager was amazing. She took the time to get to know all the employees and help them out. A truly remarkable person. - Great quality product and design - Summer hours - Good compensation and benefits

Cons

Nothing is perfect; however, the CEO is such an awesome individual, that I really didn't focus on the few drawbacks at my department
