Pros

There are no pros for this company, they work you into the ground with no breaks.

Cons

Project Management They have no project management skills in this company the only thing they want you performing is accounting. If you are looking for a project management job this is not it, this is an accounting job and you will spend the majority of your day counting, reviewing reports, and data entry into accounting software. Turnover There is an extremely high turnover in the company, people come and leave very quickly 6months-1 year because of the toxic environment. Work Hours They expect you to work 10 hours a day with no breaks at a minimum, if you don't work at least 12 hours per day and at least 1 weekend day there is no way you will get your work complete because they squeeze their employees for every ounce of work they can. This goes to my next point about their work-life balance, it does not exist in this company. Training There are a tremendous amount of manual processes in the company and no one will train you how to do those. Instead there are "weekly" training sessions that are basically out of an online program on topics that don't relate to the job. You will get yelled at for not doing something even though they have not shown you how to perform the task. Management They have a very poor senior management staff. They do not know how to manage their employees so expect to get mistreated. The management will micro-manage you and expects you to fill out a spreadsheet telling them what you are doing every 30 minutes. When you work there it feels like you are in the 50's because that's how they manage.

Pros

Steady full time employment Long track record of company success Large company

Cons

No Human Resources department Verbally abusive coworkers and management Overworked (50+ hrs) and Underpaid - below market value for similar positions; dozens of employees quit each year but management team takes expensive golf trips abroad each year Bonuses are promised then cut No performance reviews or coaching/mentorship, opportunities to improve Management is a clique/frat with zero social skills; subordinates expected to carry water to gain membership if they survive employment long enough and accept being demeaned; most quit after a few years or less No communication between management and subordinates, no organization or clear directives Poor workplace safety, field workers are seriously injured each year on the job, management doesn’t care as long as no one dies Management trashes former employees and slanders their character, holds grudges and expects workers to be cowards or abused children to maintain control
