Pros

There is little to no pros working for this company other than most jobs in the company are outside sales jobs and you can gain some valuable experience and problem solving techniques as a sales rep.

Cons

Every employee is asked to pledge their undying loyalty to the company. Meanwhile, the company does not reciprocate the same loyalty to its employees. They will fire you with no warning at all on a whim or because you may have an unpopular opinion. Further, nearly all employees, including managers and supervisors and sales reps, are looking for another job in a different company, as they threaten to fire you almost daily if you don't act like a "team player". Quite a contradiction as they are al looking to get out. The turnover rate in the company at all levels is like nothing I've ever seen and its not really that hard to figure out why. I've never seen a place with such low employee morale. Nearly everyone downright loathes coming to work. There isn't a shred of humility or decency in the entire management team, from the executive level, to managers, to supervisors. The Masters of the Universe on Wall Street have nothing on these clowns. You would think they're out there selling $300,000 stock deals all day and not $30 cases of beer, making millions for themselves, by the way they act and conduct themselves. Arrogant, condescending, racist, sexist are just a few words to describe how these people act and talk. Oh, and to make matters even worse, you're dealing with some of the most ignorant and uneducated people in the market. With a sales force of over 300, you're lucky you have a handful of advanced degrees in the whole place, executive level included. Sales reps are treated as worthless commodities. In addition to poor pay and compensation for the job at hand, the company does not reimburse sales reps for their car, gas, tolls, or cell phone. It's too bad too, there are some quality people that come into the company for jobs. But they either get fired or quit once they really figure out whats going on inside the place.

Pros

Good compensation for entry level sales people. Good benefits even though it gets worse every year. If you are a young sales person is a great place to meet people as you are in the streets and in bars everyday.

Cons

-Middle Management salaries get slash every year when Upper Management come up with new creative compensation structures which. -Bad culture and decreased training for sales reps because of above. -Even though 80% of the issues are brought by the operations department...SALES IS ALWAYS AT FAULT. -No loyalty to those that have been loyal to the company. -Be thankful you have a job attitude. -High turn over.

Pros

Health Insurance is top notch

Cons

Need to be on call 24/7 . Nights ,weekends , weddings , baby showers . No excuse if you don’t answer your phone for customers . Gas allowance is included in salary so it seems higher . Need to work some weekends and holidays , they will never tell you in an email or directly because your not hired for holiday or weekends but if you don’t you will get in trouble. It’s not worth the little pay you get for the amount of time you put in . When you are off your phone is ring with customers yelling or demanding product .
