- Safety - Government Jobs, mostly military bases - Pay is on the higher end

Cons

- Communication is horrible - Quality control does not exist - Integrity issues within management, lie, lie, lie, - Finger pointers, very good at twisting things around after being directed, Not stand up guys!!!!! - Sexual Harassment is off the chart, but always sweep under the rug!!!! - If you are not in there circle of friends, or a family member you can forget about moving up the ladder. - a very negative atmosphere most of the time

The pay is good for what is expected of you.

Cons

The only way to advance is to become a sycophant, endure years of backward thinking by the management, and outlast the other employees. There plenty of other poorly run companies to choose from. Unless someone really needs a job, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
