Pros

Good pay and perks, as to be expected by something funded by wealthy right-wing donors.

Cons

Their mission is terrifying. I was there undercover.

Pros

Paid decently but that's about it.

Cons

Quite disorganized and incompetent senior staff who often placed the blame for their own structural problems on lower level employees. Not fond of listening or welcoming of productive suggestions for change. Showed no respect or appreciation for employees whose work was considered less important than their own. Very poor communication.
