Turned out to be a weird call center job

Health insurance was very affordable.

Cons

Although they put this as a water department/utility billing clerk in reality you are just the front desk answering phones for all city hall. You don't have a lot of training as to how to transfer calls, and most importantly you don't get support from your supervisor.
