None horrible experience at this company.

Cons

Owner cares only about money. No benefit, no sick days, no pay vacation. Never paids commission to employees always finds an excuse to withhold. Very negative and stressful environment to work at. If I could rate this company a 0 I would.

Manhattan solely relies on certain techniques and strategies when it comes to classroom training.If you are a budding trainer, you will get a good exposure.

Cons

Manhattan Review is famous for its policy of Hiring and Firing Employees.Top Management play too much of politics.They can fire any employee at will.You can survive in this company if you are close to the top management.You will have new Team of Employees every three months.It is highly recommended that you don't join this organisation.

Manhattan review Bangalore is one of the worst employers in my life.They kill the morale of the employee.They are great at playing politics.They have zero commitment towards their employees and clients.There is not even a single employee who is satisfied with this company.if there are any employees who is working for more than a year,they are slaves of management
