      Pros

      I enjoy working at Manikarna Power in New Delhi. The team is friendly and always willing to help, and managers are open to new ideas. Work is challenging but I learn a lot.

      Cons

      I miss having tea delivered to my desk during busy days; a small refreshment service would be appreciated.

      I had joined on 1st June 2026. And it has been a week since I have been receiving training. The training period so far has been exciting and a big oppurtunity to learn something which is completely new. The training has been a source of varied knowledge about the power sector and market mechanisms. Looking forward to learn more.
