      Fairly laid back environment, most co-workers are nice, and good people.

      Sometimes direction company is moving in changes alot, making you feel like you are totally starting over. Not a lot of upward mobility.

      bad atmosphere, most of the staff had been there for years and had this bad attitude around the office. No opportunity for growth. No work life balance with previous manager.
