Pros

Most of the actual coworkers at my location were nice to work with and we got early release on Fridays.

Cons

The entire company is pretty shady and run by a very shady man. The owner has had many complaints but no repercussions because he is the owner. Management will leave you high and dry and has no empathy. They have high turnover due to low morale and poor management. Everyone there is stressed and overworked.

MANIPULATION/ GASLIGHTING They will tell you one thing, but their words do not meet their actions. Be careful. They will use you. Mental health is not worth the BS you really go through

Upper management needs a major restructure

A good environment within the office space, PTO is good, insurance is not bad but not great

Cons

Upper management does not support the offices. For as many positions that are in higher management you would think there is great support. But it seems like that Mann Eye is not aware how little they actually attribute to their roles.
