      Great hours and pay, but benefits have declined

      Pros

      The hours were great, and worked with some good peope. The pay was good.

      Cons

      They dont treat the employees the same as they did years ago. The new generation of the family has taken away a lot of the good benefits that made them one of the better places to work in the past.

      Pros

      Kind fellow team members. Certain days where we were provided free food and drinks was nice. They will do their best to work with your appointments and schedule.

      Cons

      Huge divide between management and the on the ground team members. Leadership should be seen not just heard about. There needs to be follow through backing the culture of the company. LOTS of drama in the department unfortunately.

      They have an excellent product reputation

      Cons

      This 110 year old company lives on due to hard working people and a legacy of performance product. Unfortunately the level of nepotism masonry and gaslighting with staff and leadership will continue to prevent them from becoming a company for the future not a place for growth for female, young proactive and diverse employees. No place for growth
