-No career progression
-Even if they support Mental Health wellness, I haven't seen any CEO in my entire career that causes such anxiety across all departments. Consequently, the general strategy of SLT is always to agree with everything she suggests even if she's not right! -
-I have seen people (and some departments) with snobbish behaviours regarding people's accents or nationalities; but -keep calm as "we are all a FAMILY"-
-Slow and manual processes, 10000 IT systems that don't work
-Very GOSSIPY environment (too much I'd say)
