      -Great training program for new hires -Strict quality standards -Safety is job one here and it shows. No injuries in my time there -Leaders really care

      -could use a bigger parking lot

      Manor Tool - it's a job. Fine if you are single. Families beware.

      Pros

      Hourly wages are fairly competitve with other similar companies. They have a convenient location near expressways and other major streets.

      Cons

      Old world views on benefits. Max 4 weeks vacation at 15 yrs. Vacations can't be divided- 1 week increments only. NO SICK DAYS/PERSONAL DAYS for anyone except salaried management. Top management has allowed an atmosphere of management bullying, and is partly guilty of doing so. If you have a family- forget it. They don't care.
