Pros
This community bank spends much time and money on its employees. Wages may not be considered high, but benefits and employee social interaction events are frequent and pleasant.
Cons
Banking is not a growth industry. Generally, you can move upward only when someone leaves or retires.

The customers. I had some of the best customers. Laid back
Cons
The People in charge of hiring really do not know how to hire. I had worked there for 11 years. Our managers used to do the hiring for there branch. It is now one person who is in charge of hiring and since she has been in charge it has become a revolving door. And unfortunately the Main office is there primary focus. Other branches are left understaffed while the main office is over staffed.
