There are so many bad points about this company it is hard to find where to begin, from the pathetic excuse they call a salary which is non negotiable and they are not forthcoming about any pay rises you are entitled to the most strict time keeping I have ever experienced, for the staff that is management can come and go as they please, which takes me onto my next point.... the middle management. Never in all my life working have I seen such a pathetic excuse for middle management, the majority are so corrupt I'm surprised they make it out of bed in the morning, other than the various rumours throughout the company about constructive dismissal being carried out and staff being given leave to get them out of the way, there was the no consistency across the company on how they dealt with staff be it salary, hiring, disciplinary's, the middle management in this company are allowed to run a mock and make their staffs lives hell all to make theirs a little easier which is clearly reflected in the massive staff turn over rate, which is abut the only thing they are leading in. No one at the company came from another gaming company which is strange as it is based in Gibraltar and there are several other gaming companies in the close vicinity and people move from company to company all the time. All Mansion is, is a spring board for people to jump start their careers it is the bottom rung on the ladder if you can, DO NOT WORK THERE.
