1. No work-life balance (company wants you to work more than 24 hours a day).
2. It's always either the CEO's way or the doorway. (CEO thinks he-knows-everything, but is the greatest fool I have ever seen).
3. "You will have to complete 10 days work in 1 day, or you are not willing to work in the company" is the mentality of the CEO.
4. If you are working on a salary of 25k+, the company will find reasons to not to give you salary.
5. Most of the software used are either pirated or free versions.
6. You have to work on your laptop and mobile (CEO asks you to buy your own MACBOOK, and if you need an iPhone for testing, you need to buy your own iPhone).
7. You have to make calls for the company at your expense, irrespective of call being local/STD/ISD.
8. Can't be sure to get good quality of water even. The water filter has cockroaches around it (sometimes cockroaches take a bath inside the water filter).
9. The company started around 7 years back, but the CEO thinks it's still a startup and is doing great. (Most funny statement made by CEO :D ).
10. Don't know why people love to work from afternoon till late night. (one possible reason can be because CEO loves to work from afternoon to late night.).
