Pros

Young and Dynamic Group with good potential to grow. This new journey has been very challenging and pushed me to work proactively with the team to develop the new presence in Australia. Being part of a large group that offers multiple brands gives a good career perspective. The management pushes the entrepreneurship mindset and working in international environment.

Cons

Young structure and not operating like the already established office around the world. Lot of work but progress pays off

Pros

Young teams: many young people and a friendly, although a bit childish, college campus mentality in foreign offices / Travel around the world: you get to travel and work abroad, it is almost mandatory / Good job titles: you will quickly be "manager" of something, it is mainly done to keep you around and to boost ego

Cons

High turn over: some KPIs never lie, there is a high turn over because there are issues... / Jungle: the company is a big mess at times / Salaries: very low, especially if you work abroad. They are good for local expenses but very low compared to european countries standards. You feel exploited. Also very bad contract terms... / Management: it is non-existant. There are very conflictual and fake people in the top management /
