Pros: Great friendly environment and people, regular 9-5 job no over time, only monday thru friday no weekends, they are flexible with your time and theirs, i was able to change my schedule weekly.
Cons
Cons: Motivation is there but depending on the leader, there's a political environment, also you are expected to help people if they don't ask.
