Supervisor is feaful of change when it comes to introducing new technology. Currently using IBM Rocket Universe which is an archaic software. IBM provided the company with .Net dll files which we could leverage to make the company up current. Management and supervisor refuse. On call is fake. We could simply resolve the issue by fixing the bugs in the code but supervisor and management will not allow us to do so. There are employees in the office that are doing absolutely no work and just collecting a paycheck.

- The company STINKS across the whole facility. The smell alone is why I wouldn't work here long-term. Yuck. - Human Resources is probably the worst I ever had to deal with in my professional career. All of them are unprofessional, rude, and will not help you with anything. - Managers are bullies and micro-manage you. They will lie on your name in order to move up the ranks in the company. Extremely unprofessional to deal with, which is why this company has a high turnover rate. People quit left and right here due to the toxic work environment. - I honestly would not recommend to work here. Don't be desperate, trust me, there are better jobs out there with much better pay.
