This company neglects the employees beyond limits of acceptability. The employees walk all over as they please doing horrible work with horrible work ethic or driving care. The management curses and threatens employees with empty threats and treats them as dirt. They allow physical altercations to happen without reprecusions and the compensations are very poor. They severley overwork you to the bone expecring no sick days and being overbearing about any requested time off. They refuse to hire the needed pistions for the dealership and impose those responsabilities on the service writters to manage phones techs customers and any and ll issues that result. The management offers no assistance with problems and never stand behind their own employees. Their is zero respect between management and even simply employee to employee. Extremely hostile work environment. The most depressing and depleting job you can have. Management is smuseles and unknowledgeable in how to properly make this service department work at all. As a full time employee i am very upset to have to be working here and can not wait to find anything better to get into. This place will make you hate your field and drive up stress levels severely. Noone will care if you had a mental break down during work. Which has happened. They expect you to keep working
