      MapMyIndia- Stop calling yourself a software product company

      Pros

      It is so hard to write pros for this company. 1) Well they call themselves a product company. 2) You can easily crack interview because the one who are taking do not know anything.

      Cons

      1. Saturday working for software engineer 2. No one to guide. You yourself have to do everything while your TL are doing shopping on e commerce site. 3. No vision. Mindset still of 90's.

      You will get Map thing that's it.No team,no refreshment and a lot of noooooo. One thing u will learn here "Negativity" .Employee is a slave.

      Cons

      they don't like quality they want if the employee is spending 9 hrs or not. They have no visions. They demoralize to that extent so that at last you will start hating you career . Team environment is worst.A lot of negativity. I do have good time but a lot of bad experience. Please you need to think high.Management is not good.I didn't get the structure on my time. suppose there any festival in a week then that becomes curse for the management so what they do they cut your second saturday holiday. In this era they Still think they will get work done by force. Employee will work for you better if you think better for him. So that was my experience in "MAPMYINDIA". I do not suggest anyone to join this company. Even some higher position people are struggling to save there job.
