      Laid back environment, great office, free coffee, stack of hardware. Good employer to learn the very basics of Biz Dev and Sales for a short while; no future career outlook.

      Cons

      Company in Spain has no management or decision making. Distant from Riga's HQ which makes processes slow, shady, and generally unstable.
