You'll get the assistant department manager going to the assistant manager to relay whatever the department managers bug is. Employees will "tattle" on eachother for things that aren't even related to work and then turn around and be nice to your face. About a month in I knew it wasn't the place for me. People clearly love working there, they have a lot of people who've been there for decades. It just wasn't the environment for me.
