Pros
Nice colleagues, good discounts for gym and health services, nice offices, good opportunity to learn and grow in aviation, also free and fresh fruits in the offices weekly
Cons
Lunch in not included the work hours(-30 min) which is weird bc most people there it eat their food in 10-15 min and go back to work. Also because its a new company that needs to prove itself in a harsh market such as aviation theres still maybe uncertainty in what the future holds in the long term
