Pros
-Big boy rules. Show up, do the work and be passionate about training warfighters and LEO and the company will reward your hard work with time off and legitimate pay increases -They care about employees. If you have a medical appointment or family issue they're immediately doing what they can to accommodate you. -The CEO of the company listens to the operators on the ground and incorporates their input
Cons
-A dedicated permanent facility would be nice, having to move every DoD contract renegotiation is a pain. -The company is beginning to orient more towards a conventional corporate style. Don't do that. What makes Marathon amazing is the ability for the lowest tech to talk freely with the president of the company.

- Open company culture (all teams work together). - Management is great and very understanding. - Good internal career progression. - Regular incentivised pay increases. - Open to non-standard applicants.
Cons
- Difficult work often resulting in fast turnover of most new employees. - Workload can occasionally feel overwhelming.
