      -Get to learn from some of the most experienced and smartest traders -Low ego environment where all ideas are heard and considered -Ability to add value in many ways -Free food and lunches I am excited to part of Marathon

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing strategies, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It is important to focus on the future and continual improvement. That mindset is rewarded at Marathon

      Great place to work, lots of fun, up and coming firm. They not only encourage initiative, but reward it very well too. It is an environment where smart people openly exchange ideas and promote one another's development. The firm's traders are well respected in the industry, eager to help, and each adds value in a unique way. With a growing infrastructure, Marathon is an exciting place to be.

      Cons

      The firm is gorwing so quickly there is a lot to stay on top of.
