      - Competent and caring coworkers - Good mission - Pretty good comp

      Cons

      - Management is opaque and overbearing, micromanages - Nonconstructive feedback, very little concern for your growth, just your productivity - kind of a startup bro culture - basically 996, though they claim otherwise

      Clinical hours for newer LMS 45 per hour not bad

      Cons

      Only counseling is billed Admin doesn’t help with admin tasks Clinicians are not provided clear guidance as to what is considered admin tasks and what is considered care collaboration
